Macarena Gagliardi

Macarena, an experienced TV and documentary producer based in Buenos Aires, brings her extensive experience from her BBC days to her role today. With a knack for covering stories across South America, she ventured to establish Fixer Argentina – a hub for top-notch production services catering to global broadcasters, production houses, and filmmakers. Recognized for her effective leadership, Macarena is known for her strong communication, teamwork, and creative thinking. In 2022, she was awarded the Motion Picture Association grant for the American Film Market and took part in seminars held at the Latin American Training Centre in Los Angeles.

Line Producer

Gert De Saedeleer

Gert, originally from Belgium, settled in Argentina in 1997, captivated by the charisma of Buenos Aires. With well over two decades of residency, he's an integral part of the city's fabric. His collaboration with Fixer Argentina as a partner brings a wealth of experience in fixing and line production for global projects, further enhancing our team. Gert produced "Normality might never be the same," a short film that clinched the second mention in Argentina's 2022 Photo and Video Contest "Images of a New Time," hosted by the Fundación Bunge Born.

Director

Tomás Ridilenir

Tomás, an experienced Director and Director of Photography (DoP), applies his skills to a wide range of projects, including documentaries, feature films, advertising, and music videos. His work extends to both national and international productions. In addition to his work behind the camera, Tomás also shares his expertise as a cinema professor at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), contributing to the development of future creative talents.

Edgar has worked closely with leading production houses in Argentina and Uruguay, contributing to feature films, video clips, and commercials for global brands. His expertise in digital cameras and technical support is invaluable for any production. Moreover, he is widely recognized as one of Argentina's premier operators of stabilized camera systems.

Renowned as one of the top sound engineers in Argentina, Emiliano's commitment to delivering exceptional audio quality has earned him a reputation of excellence.

Fixer

Delfina D´Arminio

Delfina, our indispensable fixer for a seamless production, will ensure every shoot runs like clockwork. Her sharp problem-solving and great communication skills, as well as her extensive local knowledge make her an invaluable asset, whether we're filming in bustling Buenos Aires or remote locations. Delfi's educational background includes TV Production studies at TEA Imagen and various courses in Photography and Community Management at the University of Buenos Aires.
