Memorialize victims of the military junta in Argentina

BRIEF

Journalist Joshua Hammer traveled to Argentina and Uruguay to document the ongoing struggle to honor and preserve the memory of those who fell victim to the military juntas that ruled both nations in the 1970s and ’80s. Four decades after Argentina’s dictatorship fell, a renewed battle over the country’s darkest chapter is reopening old wounds.
